Today I'm going to get out on the mountain and use my new CRAFTSMAN chainsaw and splitting maul to cut up and bust some tree logs. Let's have some fun outdoors on the mountain!

Yes it's an awesome chainsaw. It's basically a Husqvarna 445 rebranded as a Craftsman. I have a review of it on my Eclectic Handyman channel. Thanks for watching!

I posted a comment earlier I guess I forgot to hit the comment button.Great video.I loved the special sound effects when you split the logs.Enjoyed the blooper. That was a workout splitting those logs. That is cool the way you do the replays in slow motion.If your daughter was running the camera she did a good job.I like what she said about you could hit all four sides,she has confidence in her daddy's skills. That was a close call at the foot,I about jumped out of my chair.I don't think I have ever heard any one else say they had fun splitting wood.A happy man with his new toys.Ha.

I love the comments Rita!! Yes the slow motion effect for the wood splitting was super cool I really like this video. Most of the film was actually shot using a tripod, but some of my family was in the background while I was splitting the wood. Yes there was 1 close call with the splitting maul 😁 I need to buy some steel toe boots for extra precaution. That's why I stand with legs spilt apart so it travels in between. I'm glad you watched the blooper as I didn't think anyone would see it! This was such a fun video and thanks for watching!!

You made me nervous on those slippery leaves.....😰 Otherwise, it was childs play for you💪💪 Lucky dog that some of the wood was already split, and then some just was not dry enough to give you a good split.....I would be dead....killed by the tools that I had to help me....just dead.....😇😇🌈 If the heat did not get me, the tools would....Good deal MMM......WOOD you just look at your results......🐾🐾🦊🐺

😁😁 Yes that was a lot of fun even if some of the logs were kind of stubborn. I actually split one huge log perfectly, but realized I didn't press the record button. 😜 Thanks for watching foxy!
