This was so good! I swear if you haven't given this series a shot and you're looking for something original and great this is it! Im aware of the Original movie, loved that, but I honestly loved this more. Story felt rich and entertaining, with genuine heart. I know I will be rewatching this again, so I hope hope hope it gets a s2! Incredible performance from both the leads, I fell in love with their characters. 10/10! Could not recommend enough!

And the movie is not even the original. A lot of people do not know that. This series is based on the actual original and I totally agree that this series is much better than the movie and I loved the movie as I saw it in Cinema as well when I was around 17-18 years old.
