@michaelmyers66 yeah i know you didn't have to remind me about those champs that have big guts, all im saying is that the era of the big bellies is at an end, and it started with phil heath. champions at the past all have one thing in common, freaky legs, back and again, HUGE BELLIES! but lacked hardness, aesthetics, proportions and symmetry. kai may have the freakiness, but that's exactly what he is, a freak, on the other hand, phil heath looked more like a greek god on stage.

Coleman DIDN"T had any aesthetics ! He might be 8x Mr. O but If you put Phil next to him, The Gift looks way better. Now it's Heath's era. Phil-1, Kai-2 and the rest.
