I am from germany and the supermarket near my home is quite small. But that Costco market is unbelievable huge. I have never seen aisles in a supermarket that deep. The rows of fridge windows seem endless. When Jay walked past them, one could see how big he is.

Cooking & eating ... The worst part of bodybuilding.. but essential. That's why I just boil a giant pot of chicken breast , quinoa , sweet potatoes and rice .. same pot. Blend it and drink the next day every 3 hours .. with kids ya gotta keep it simple and quick or I can't do it

I've seen American BB's eat orange roughy. First time was Gaspari in 1986. We don't have that fish in my country so I looked it up: "Orange roughy is a low-fat, high-protein fish that can also be high in mercury. Exposure to high levels of mercury, which is a naturally occurring toxin, can impair brain development, and have a negative effect on kidney and nervous system health." I think I'll stick to tuna for fish 😅
