Darlene is such a beautiful character, she was perfectly cast and she was born for the role. Armed to the teeth with moxie. She even has the physical features to boot. A jawline that could cut through steel and a look of chaos and destruction in her eyes, enough to make a hard man crumble with a single shrewd look. Her and Elliot are one in the same. Courageous & Bold; Savage Barbarians. They’re not afraid to peek over the wall and run headfirst in to the flames.

As a Sopranos fan, this scene gave me goosebumps as there was a similar scene where they show the New Jersey Mafia hierarchy on an FBI board.

I LOVED this. It brought everything crashing back down to reality. Sure, F-Society is smart. Very, very smart. But they’re just a bunch of introverted geniuses, screwing with forces far larger than themselves. There’s a reason the FBI is one of America’s go-tos for things like this. It’s filled with people as smart as F-society, who have been doing this forever. This grounded it all so well. They did the exact same thing with Dark Army. When people started to die. They got arrogant, and here is where is becomes clear. Side note: the song is some brilliant foreshadowing too. Darlene’s being presented with what she’s up against and how lost a battle it is. Yet she’s going to keep going alongside Elliot regardless. Right into the fire.

Elliot is far far smarter than any employee of the FBI, by far. For putting a stunt like this together it needs real genius, like real real genius

@@timkuefer1523 But Elliot is one guy, and is inexperienced when it comes to dealing with such huge forces. I think the only reason he got so far is because he had Mr Robot with him, and was an alter himself, specifically conjured to embody (real) Elliot’s power fantasies. One guy, however smart, can’t handle the FBI for long.

I really love it! Mr. Robot and espacially this scene, reminds me of David Lynchs "Twinpeaks". Special characters, atmosphere, camera, a bit freaky and the perfect soundtrack. Mr. Robot is awesome and Carly Chaikin as Darlene is perfect!

@@@UserName-eb9oy - Anonymous wear the Guy Fawkes masks, very similar to the ones FSociety wear in Mr Robot. Anonymous are known as the internet social justice warriors that basically do what fsociety do in this, so the masks that fsociety wear, as well as Darlene's birthday are likely nods towards Anonymous. Nods towards Guy Fawkes night makes absolutely no sense as there is no connection at all between the show and Guy Fawkes, but there are similarities between Mr Robot as Anonymous.

Ok get this: Guy Fawkes was one of the greatest - wait for it - ANARCHISTS (boom, wow mind blown, makes sense) in history. He attempted to take down the government by destroying the British Parliament via explosives, etc. The V for Vendetta mask is literally a mask designed off the face of Guy Fawkes. The Anonymous maks IS the V for Vendetta mask, plain and simple. This mask is now a universal symbol of anarchy, and therefore adopted by hackers and anon people all over the world. The mask from the Careful Massacre of the Bourgeoisie is the mask used in Mr Robot, which is only _partially_ at a nod to Anonymous, and the 5th Nov was the date that Guy Fawkes attempted to destroy parliament. The Bourgeoisie mask and tophat also symbolises the mascot of Monopoly games, which is derived from the look of financial elites of the past, and therefore links back in also. Now, 5th Nov, the mask, _anarchy_ in general, anti-government narrative, and ALL OTHER STUFF LINKS VERY DIRECTLY BACK, THROUGH MANY CHAINS, TO GUY FAWKES. Thank you, now gtfo of here.

Python is popular to develop quick scripts as it looks almost like pseudo code and you don't have to learn a more complex language. Summarizing Python is mostly used to call different libraries that do all the hard work and the software that actually performs the hard part is written in other languages.
