Hey there! This week we're moving our release schedule to Saturdays and Sundays, and to celebrate we're doing a video on Six Flags! Not all the Six Flags ads, but all the ads featuring a mascot loved by some and terrifying to others: Mr. Six!

I remember one of these ads when I was a kid and it actually got me to want to come to six flags. Plus, the song was fire. They should bring this type of marketing back.

They did open for the 2005 season, but the season--and the park's life--was cut short that August.

Six Flags: Magic Mountain, California was the first time in my life I rode a roller coaster with a loop. The rest of that day was spent on every ride in the park. I had so much fun. These ads are so awesome.

I’ve never been to Six Flags since I was then a kid over 30 years ago but I remember watching these ads back in the late 90’s & early 2000’s during the time which features an old man dancing just getting people’s attention to come to this place & have the best time of their lives & all .

YO, so the song from these ads play at my workplace every so often, and every time I hear it, I remember these! I love them so much! ;o; (also found that the same group sings another awesome song: "We're Going to Ibiza!"; I love it so much!) This man is just the best commercial icon, hands down! Why Dan Snyder thought Mr Six was 'useless' and a bad idea is beyond me, this was such a powerful and successful mascot that made Gen Z kids want to beg their parents to go to Six Flags.
