I usually put KZfaq videos on in the background while I get other stuff done, but I always have to watch these. The commentary, references, audio additions, etc are always incredible. Thank you for quality content.

fun fact: the guardian shield is the best (fastest) shield you could use for surfing!

It and the radiant shield have the lowest friction in the game, so pair that with rain and shield surfing and you get to feel like sonic

Technically for the fastest surfing you want the radiant shield, but it’s only about 5% faster than the ancient shield, but worse in terms of durability, having lower base durability and taking more damage from surfing. Overall the ancient shield is the best shield for surfing.

There are a few shields that are better for surfing: radiant, ancient and some others.
