Yeah I'm sure the only time Rowan Atkison is in their is the intro/outro/in-between segments. And I bet they pre-recorded loads of mouth-sounds and other ""utterances" and stick them in where appropriate.

@@imrank9282 Though this video about making ice cream....is part of the "Handy Bean" series. Out of the handful of episodes I've seen....they generally don't pull in the "Mr. Bean" crowd like the television series (and later movies) did.

Yeah IMDB confirms that an actor younger than Rowan provides Mr Bean’s hands in this KZfaq series, and all the lines Mr Bean says is archive audio taken from the animated series.
