@@russian_supremacy they won ucl once, but i agree they should have won way more. few notes why they were like that, they invested into attacker and attacking midfielders, but not defenders, while casillas was solid goalkeeper, their defence was mediocre, after hiero left and ramos era started there was gap, roberto carlos was always in attack and other were crap. they also sold makelele that won them ucl, and CDM is one of most important roles... second point is that we talk about early 2000s football, so many good players and teams in that era to play against. put this galacticos in this era and they would dominate it like real did in cr7 bale times 3 ucl in a row

A few still consider him the best they’ve seen with the injuries so I can’t argue with that. Not sure if it’s just a nostalgia thing though maybe? For me I’d say messi because he’s my era.

R9 before injuries was probably best player ever but still brilliant afterwards when you learn how bad his knee was. Loved the way he never really looked up but still knew ehere everyone was!!

You gotta give credit to Ronaldo for adapting his playstyle after his injury. He actually had very high football knowledge.

@@johnsmith-tq5zn It wasn't just the injury but als his age. His pace drastically declined. So he changed from a winger to a classic striker. He didn't make as many deep runs anymore but became a better finisher, especially in the important games. Pretty much the same that happened to R9.

A superior generation imo. Some of them were bought for fortunes, at the times, but justified it on the pitch so many times. Nowadays scouts and clubs go crazy for any kid that can do some dribble and dump an insane sum for him, and next thing you know he doesnt live up to the expectations and pressure

Потому что лч это кубковый турнир в отличие от чемпионата. Что бы победить в чемпионате нужна стабильность, в лч все может решить один матч и не всегда побеждает сильнейшая команда
