@@chuckgreen6386 yeah because you could tell it wasn't all fear of CG but of Siobhan and Max a little and that she was very conflicted and no longer sure she was on the right side etc. It was amazing how she was able to show a certain amount of fear but that she was also starting to realise how she'd been wrong and got caught up with the Max all powerful idea.

That could be cool ngl but it would absolutely ruin his chance of holding any PD position. Then again he can make another cop character if Max can no longer be PD.

If impeached for corruption he would most definitely be removed as commish.

Yhea he's bailing. Apparently he's going to verity in 3 days or so. Seems if he's not allowed to ruin the server in the way he wants the he doesn't want to play. I think he's been talked to OOC and has been told things need to change etc so he's throwing his toys out of his pram and leaving. It's funny as if he does go then he's leaving Siobhan to deal with the fall out on her own with hardly anyone left to help her.

They definitely need some "higher" power to oversee the council and the laws that they pass and they're actions overall.

@@itarry4 There is a higher power. Some of the laws, like the debtor's law, come from the higher powers.

@@elfboy676 I know the debtor's law came from Devs OOC but there's no higher power in the RP, they need a separate group of people in the RP who have the power to step in if needed,. Say if enough people complain about a certain law or they could use a petition system so anyone who thinks a certain law or action is unjust they can get a certain amount of signatures and then that group can look into it and decide if something needs to be changed. A certain level of corruption is good in my opinion and should be OK RP wise but there needs to be a way to limit it which is what Koil has said he's trying to get done through RP with Soze. I believe the person who plays Crane helped write the initial laws and legislation etc and was supposed to be the break on things getting so out of control but he's bad Crane be either to lazy or blind to stop it or he's been seduced by the power and Max and hasn't prevented things as he should have. Either way MoonMoon is apparently leaving the server in 3 days or so and going to play variety or something. It appears he's decided if he can't turn the sever into his idea of perfect or control everything then he doesn't want to play any more and he's leaving Siobhan to deal with the fall out and the rest of the city to deal with the mess he's made.

Because, ironically, they are the ones that listen to and agree with him. Most crims want things to be fair and balanced. They don't think they should get off Scott free, but just for their treatment and the laws to be fair and balanced. Whereas, it often seems, that the PD, Mayor and most of the council, want everything tilted heavily in their favour and to be able to behave however they want whilst talking about consequences for the poor actions of criminals whilst there should be no consequences for their shoddy practice or Ill thought out and/or written laws.

@@derekhorne8076 thats fair and i agree, a good balance need to be set (which the mayor said he was fighting for) but doest seem to come through with. Having said that. I also feel like a mayor is elected by the people, and he should have some freedom with some crazy or weird laws (some people seem to forget sometimes its still a game, not real life) and i feel like some stuff it being undermined super hard, even tho i bet there’s been a ton of work been done behind the scenes to write all these laws and stuff for this new los santos. But a new mayor and council soon would be nice to switch things up.

@KriSSberddy. And that's also fair and I can agree. In his first term, I think that's how it was. He did try to do those things and he was generally given that leeway by most people. The problem has come in his second term and stems from Tuggz standing against him, CG voting against and the vote being split and thus losing his yes man as his deputy (even if ironically his power was strengthened in the second council). The Mayor should indeed represent the people (all of them) however Max has been on a personal vendetta against CG ever since for going against him and, we have heard him say, more than once, that he doesn't care about anyone, or their opinions/needs, that voted against him and he is not there to represent them. It seems that in this second term he is about revenge and consolidation of power, rather than representing the people.

Yhea watching the clips he's been in he's done the same lines in nearly every situation. I must have heard the Los Santos, Blain County thing 6 times in 6 different clips of him so I can't imagine how often he's actually done it on his stream. Either way I'm glad Koil is actually trying to change things even if he's doing it all in RP instead of just fixing it OOC which I think also needs doing a little bit as well as the RP way. I think he's right to do most of it RP but still.
