First things first.... All that needs to happen is to get one and only one of the doctors to say in court that ther was a chance that TJ survived if he had not been shocked to the brain..... Even the smallest chance still creates doubt and holds the doctor that shocked him accountable! Secondly.... Any lawyer that says they don't want to poke holes in the prosecution is not the lawyer you want!

Nope whether a doctor killed him by negligence or not CG is still guilty because of how the charge for "murder of a govt employee" is worded. It says any willful action that *LEADS* to the death of a govt employee (intentional or not) makes the person guilty. CG shooting TJ *LED* to him being on that hospital table, so even if Mickey manages to convince a judge that the doctor's actions killed him a judge will find CG guilty for being the catalyst for that death. Mark my words. Edit: It's the same reason the Cuhmunity was found guilty for murdering one of Dean's One Lifer Donald Bushes. Judge said that regardless if Donald Bush was killed by a blow to the head by a baton from the cops when they were trying to detain the Cuhmunity, it was the Cuhmunity who started the situation by punching a handcuffed Donald Bush and the cops so it's their fault he was killed. You know who was the Judge who made that ruling? *CG Murphy Braun.*

@grizzlycity8215 I, and everyone knows that, though. But, people in RP were trying to make plans anyway to potentially help their situation, and Vinny didn't contribute and was only negative about every plan. Again, it's not a big deal, just a slight annoyance imo.

she watches his livestreams though, so she understands the GTA RP scene.... and its not like she has to LEARN EVERYTHING about GTA..... she is legit just giving blau lawyer advice.... and she was a lawyer IRL for 30+ years.... Blau gave her the ENTIRE run down on the ENTIRE shit show.... I dont think its weird at all..... if his mom was already watching his livestreams AND SHE ADMITED that she finds them very entertaining... then I do not see a problem with it.
