This is a good video and best as far as I saw on yt but trust me guys this is not the cheapest way to build the drill by yourself...he made it look easy but the costing will go around 600-750₹ and for that you'll spending money on fuel looking for the stuff. So the best suggestion is that get a drill machine worth 700-900₹. Yes there are cheap drills available.

Just having matching hole in bolt to fit motor shaft cannot ensure tight grip. I feel there should be some kind of flat surface on motor shaft ( this can be done by filing shaft) to rest tip of the screw fitted through hexagonal head of the bolt. This will ensure positive rotation under any circumstances.

Yes one has to do flat surface in between shaft coming under hexagonal screw head and put an Allen bolt to lock it

भाई आपने यह सब बताया बहुत अच्छा है लेकिन आपने जो बोल्ट मोटर में टाइट किया है वह कैसे टाइट होगा तो आपने लेथ मशीन से होल करवा कर सीधे उस में डाल दिया है पर वह मोटर में टाइप तो नहीं हुआ है ना बोल

There is no space for air flow in the pipe u can just make some smaller holes that would do cause usually moters of that size have a fan in them if not u need to install that as well
