Yes but you measured the Ingredients , correct . You didn’t just pour a bunch in what are the measurements. . Also , I do not recommend balancing that on top of an unstable LED light .

Vinegar = acetic acid, baking soda= sodium bicarbonate. When mixing together hydrogen ions in the vinegar react with the sodium and bicarbonate ions in the baking soda. This initial reaction results in two new chemicals: carbonic acid and sodium acetate

This is not actually vinegar, its bubble surrounded vinegar that created by the reaction of two components.

not accurately measured, you may use as you wish. here I use approx 150ml oil and 2tea spoon soda and 10ml vinegar
