Congratulations on getting to episode 100. I hate that my favorite model railroader got food poisoning, but am so grateful that you've pushed through.

Dear Mike, sorry to hear you bought the wrong piece of turkey. Hope you’ll recover soon and completely! Very much like the way you made the lower tracks accessible. The slits in the fascia look awesome now that everything is patched up and painted. Will be interesting to see how you’re gonna patch up the scenic part. Stay healthy and safe! Cheerio

Wow, food poisoning is nasty stuff, both my wife and I have had it and we both felt like death warmed over for a few days. Your fascia repair looks great, in fact the whole layout looks pretty darn nice, keep up the good work. Happy Easter to you and your family.

Food poisoning is terrible... Went through it twice and felt and looked like death both times. So glad you are pulling through and getting well Mike. The layout is looking and coming together great!

I really like the facia with the holes cut to see the track/trains inside. It reminds me of the road tunnels in Zion National Park that has holes cut out of them that are up on a cliff face, you can stop and look out of them and later on you can look into them from outside the tunnel and see other cars going through. It's a really neat thing. Anyway, take care Mike.

Wow Mike, I am late to the video, so glad you are better and hang in there. I hope you and Robin had a good happy Easter. You will get better and sickness and recovery always seems to make one appreciate good health more. I look forward also to the Mustang too eventually. That year is one of my favorites too so I am please that it had a new care taker, especially one as good as you. Happy April 1st and keep on trackin'!

This looks really good. Good call on the paint on the plaster. Those staging tracks will be very useful. Hope you feel better. Food poison sucks for sure.

Sorry to hear you've been ill. I think you got an awful lot done, considering that. Fascia looks very good. My own train building is still under construction (drywall just finished), so I'm entering the home stretch. I'd planned to do under layout staging and I really like the way yours turned out - great job patching.

@@N-Scale Crazy thought, perhaps, but did you ever consider painting the interior walls and ceiling of your train room a sky-color? I'm probably going to have a couple of mid-sized layouts in my train room, and was thinking of using painted backdrops. A base blue would seem to fit to tie everything together.

Aw, Mike! There's not much worse than food poisonin'! Get well soon, bud! But on the bright side your newly cut and mustered fascia looks double fine! Strangely it, somehow, makes the cityscape above it look really great (even with the "hurricane" damage)! Perhaps you can get a small tribe of fireflies to inhabit the caverns so there's at least a bit of light in there! Thanks fer postin'!

Sorry to hear about that. I had that issue too. My wife gave me some jerky from the neighbor. What she didn't tell me is that our neighbors husband who was in prison made the jerky. So I ate prison jerky! I was sicker than a dog. Layout looks grear!

Glad you are on the mend Food poisoning is the worst I had some chicken 3 years ago that was not good fresh out of the store and they did not want to know however we did get our money back and have never bought chicken from them again once bitten twice shy as they say been working on my N scale over the last few weeks the room is 3.2 meters by 4.5 meters and it fills it but for the walk space. i also run DCC and wifi and my phone is the throttle etc.

Maybe the 100th is to have trains running continuously. I just went through UTI and went to my kidneys. I never had food poison. Glad you are ok.

My layout loft is currently getting drywall installed. My floor is bare wood underlayment. I'm wondering how you like your carpet? I'm trying to decide between carpet and vinyl planks. Is the carpet easy to keep clean? I need an "expert's" opinion. Thanks.

What I have are commercial carpet tiles and I love them. If you mess one up , you just replace it.

Thanks . They just sit there (not glued) and I bought several extras. You can usually get them at a discount from carpet companies that have done a large job and have some left. ASK !@@avlisk

Hey there sir Hey just hang in there sir you will get well again because I know you will I did hear you had Food Poisoning hey if you can when you go to the Food Store you go to when you look at food items hey just watch for the Expire Date on that package that's what I always Do and did you know I have never came down with any type of Food sickness I been doing this since I was a Kid I hope this can or I can help you out ok
