This footage shows just how hard the BA crew pushed the 757 on that final take off with the aircraft reaching a high altitude even before she had reached the end of the runway. (Showing just why she was nicknamed 'The Rocket'.)
The video also contains classic and exclusive British Airways Boeing 757 footage filmed during the final 5 years of operations with the airline.

Flew from EDI to Heathrow many a time. Superb aircraft and such a great engine sound. Many times on the way home I had virtually the whole aircraft to myself to enjoy the coffee n scones with English Clotted Cream and Jam followed by a nice malt whisky 🥃. All complimentary too 😎
