I still think this little drum rhythm is the most recognizable in any song ever.

I’ve noticed 12/8 is popular with bands like soad, pantera, tool, etc. Pneuma by Tool has a 33/14 time signature; it’s tough to keep up with but it’s got a rhythm you won’t hear anywhere else

His voice still sounds amazing but back then he used his lower and mid range flase cord improperly so he doesn't use distortion anymore

@@mikeandike2021 yeah, the usage of false cords did a lot of damage just so he could sound incredibly superhuman. i really enjoy the old records, the self-titled and toxicity albums, but it also makes me sad to think he'll never sound like this again, either from the damage, or just his will NOT to lose his voice

@@Eatingseeds Since the members of the system of a down band are Armenians, and rock is not such a popular genre of music in Armenia, they meant that they could combine rock and an Armenian song and called it their style. And indeed, these are the only Armenians who were able to make such a huge leap in such a genre of music as ROCK, so they have the right to call it their style. None of the people present there expected such a turn that they would be able to combine an Armenian song and rock, everyone thought that these were incompatible things, so this is exactly THEIR STYLE.
