Set your timing, as he starts climbing, you jump to the branch, he will automatically fall.

He didn't fall but I still cheesed him with poison arrows. Never went into 2nd phase. Good place to cheese. This made this fight soooo much easier. Thanks!

If you're a mage rock sling hammers him but you need the summons to keep busy. They patched his fall damage but your tree branch might be a safe spot to target him with spell or arrows.

I think they patched his fall damage in 2024, but he'll still cheese Into the ocean during his 2nd phase. You can also still use ranged attacks on this cliff such as rock sling, comet, or arrows to cheese him without taking dmg.

I just killed him on first try by running around the area and resummoning the companions. He never targeted me once. That was so easy compared to Renalla and a few dozen frustrating attempts at killing her (as a mage)

Fall damage has been patched however if you go to the top and then slide down a bit you can take him down to 1/3 damage and then he smashes and launches you into the air. I assume if you can manage you get back up and do it again you can cheese him but I have yet to do it myself.

if u have the tailsman that makes ur bow and arrows strong and ranged bow tailsman u can get on the branch and auto lock on and do 200 damage every shot u gotta be close to the edge anywhere on the branch and turn your camera towards him then lock on I just cheesed him only took 30 min if u can't lock on go to the middle of the end of the branch and make sure ur on the edge it's the only way to lock on I got out of place and it took me awhile too lock back on but once I went towards the edge it was working like a charm

For the life of me I couldn't do the climb I would dissappear on him practice for a bit then come back to have him chase me and the shit wouldn't climb when I first did he wasn't dying he was just sliding down, I ended up just using my dragon breath scarlet rot getting close enough dodging his attacks and spraying him had to do it twice to cover his last half of his health bar. Definitely you have to be light on equipment for fast enough reflexes

I tried this a bunch of times, but Radahn didn't take any fall damage. Then I finished him my next go by reviving all the NPCs constantly, and when he summons the homing meteorites, run behind a sand dune. Rinse and repeat.

If it didn’t work for me in 2+ hours of trying, it’s not even worth to anybody to try it then. Because I run the same version as the others and followed the “”tutorial”” step-by-step.

Im sorry but it absolutely is patched out. Radahn cant even climb the mountain high enough to cause fall damage. He paces along the like of texture level going up from flat. So there is no way this is ever going to accomplish anything but waste time. Its OK to that this has been patched out, but to keep suggesting that this somehow works when the majority of people commenting are telling you "No, it doesnt" is ridiculous and arguably trolling.

@@mrgamerexploits I had stood on the branch and let it run for 6 hours while I slept. Nada. I also tried the comet in water method and had no luck with it. I only tried it once. Halfway through the second attempt I realized it was just going to be easier running around the area and reviving fallen champions to keep him busy. Which I just put him down on my 4th attempt just about an hour ago. Honestly its a set piece that does not really need cheesing.

I did this today april 28th 2023 and he climbed up the mountain half way with me then just climbed down. Yea I'm assuming the fall damage was patched out but as others have said its a good spot to get free hits in him... personally i used the volcano pots and that wittled his health down fast

I have to join the list of folks who were unable to get him to take fall damage. Performed the jumps and luring but he just fell and took no damage. spent hours trying, then gave up and just killed radahn with rock sling. boom boom dead.

This cheese worked for me in my first playthrough before the patch, but in my second playthrough after patch 1.07 (1.04 in most cases) I just couldn't climb the hill anymore and ended up battling Raddan fair and square. Thankfully I only died once this time around.😅 But yeah, this cheese no longer works after patch 1.04/1.07😓

DOES NOT WORK. They have fixed it where you just slide all over the rock and you can't even jump. And even if you manage to get up there he WILL climb up after you now. This is patched

@@mrgamerexploits I just tried it 3 times also and it doesn't work for me either. v1.04.1 I was able to get up on the ledge, go to the tree when he starts going up.. but then he just goes back down and waits.

No it does, at first it may seems not working but wait near the cliff as I shown, it may take some time but he does comes up.
