Trait:
Does not attack but continuously restores the Health Points of all allies within range (the HP restored per second is equal to 10% of self Attack). Self is unaffected by Inspiration
1st Talent (Elite 1):
Civilight Eterna is surrounded by 3 "Microdusts". When a "Microdust" touches an allied Operator, it disappears and increases the effect of Civilight Eterna's Trait on that Operator by 1.5x, lasting for 6 seconds. Lost "Microdusts" are replaced every 6 seconds.
2nd Talent (Elite 2 Potent 5):
While brought into battle, allied units take 15% less damage from [Sarkaz] enemies
1st Skill (M3):
The effect of this unit's Trait increases to 35%, and increases "Microdust" recovery speed
Unlimited duration
2nd Skill (M3):
"Microdust" upper limit +3, and immediately obtains 6 "Microdusts"; expands "Microdust" rotation radius, and all other allied units within attack range gains Inspiration equal to 100% of Civilight Eterna's Attack. "Microdusts" no longer touch allied units, and when touching an enemy, deals 275% Attack as True damage and Binds the target for 3.5 seconds
3rd Skill (M3):
Attack range expands, and the effect of this unit's Trait increases to 90%; "Microdusts" no longer disappear; all other allied units within attack range gains Inspiration equal to 100% of Civilight Eterna's Max Health Points; every 2 seconds, redistributes the Health Points of allied units within attack range
