Cowboy Kent just seems like the most wholesome guy. I've never heard him raise his voice and he just has a great aura about him. He's the epitome of hospitality and a willingness to share his knowledge with others. This is a fantastic collaboration and my goodness that food looked sooooo good. And that video of him giving the news about Bonehead was heartbreaking, but that wasn't a dog -- that was a family member -- and he had the greatest life possible because of his family. RIP to the beag.

It truly amazes me that we live in a time when a British family with an interest in American cooking can come all the way to Oklahoma and eat off a chuckwagon, and the experience is available for all the world to see.

As a kid, our family lived where there were LOTS of wild blackberries. I would pick them all day, then my Mom would make cobbler for WEEKS on end. NEVER got tired of it, still one of my favorite things in the world. 😋😋😋😋

I just love Kent Rollins. I’m so glad he’s realizing the fame that he do deserves. I loved when he competed on Chopped BBQ filmed on an old western movie site. Kent was competing against younger and, allegedly, more qualified chefs. He just kept his head down and produced meal after meal of goodness. I so wanted him to win, and was somewhat okay when he accepted the second place with his usual gentleness, manners, and good sportsmanship. I always catch anything he does on TV. This was a great episode.

It's interesting to see people from completely different countries and cultures enjoying each other's ways of doing things.

Its weird, half of me is like, we are from Oklahoma, its modern, we have great food...then the other half, oh! Youre cooking with him? Lucky!
