@LukasAlpha Drums that's kind of an insult to Slipknot because you are insinuating they only got success due to costumes and we both know that isn't true. Besides Mushroomhead signed with Universal which was a bigger label than Roadrunner but Mushroomhead just aren't cut out for mainstream and that's ok.

I went to school close where these guys performed in NE Ohio. Late 90's early 2000s, schools and parents thought these guys were the devil reincarnated. They were supposed to play in Streetsboro and there was such an outrage someone canceled that show.

Not exactly. They couldn't get a permit through city hall and then when they did reschedule it with a permit columbine happened. Looking back on it is not surprising there was skepticism having them perform at a local high school.
