I'm really very much impressed by your perfect work! Great work! Keep it up! I am making one such table saw for my small electronic items. Please tell me that if I can use one sanding wheel of 16 mm bore at the other end of the steel rod. Will it handle the load? Also please tell me how much current the motor requires while cutting the wood? Thanks in advance

It requires 16mm diameter, 5mm bore type two bearings, 150mm long, 5mm diameter steel rod, timing pulley used in 3D printer, RS775 motor and 24V, minimum 10A DC power supply. The dimensions of the plywood are already given in the video.

Great precision work with attention to details. Zero wobble on the cutting wheel - due to proper design of supports on both ends of the motor as well as cutting wheel axle. Seems more precise than a factory made table saw. I have one question on the use of paint brush attachment on top of the parallel guide. What is the purpose of the same?

The design with that paint brush I made with the aim of preventing the sawdust from splashing with the saw blade towards me, it is quite dusty and dangerous to the eyes. Thank you for watching and commenting!

если изготовление станочка не есть конечная цель, а он для чего то нужен, то лучше купить готовый. стоит как средней цены шуруповёрт. тысяч 5-10

Todo muy bien. Lo único cuestionable es el motor. Es demasiado pequeño y no tiene mucha fuerza. Solo podrá cortar madera muy suave.

Hallo - für ein sicheres Arbeiten 😲 wäre es Sinnvoll an Stelle der Füße unten - eine gleich große Platte wie die Arbeitsplatte anzubringen. hat dann den Vorteil, das man die Säge mit einer/zwei Zwingen am Tisch festellen kann !!! Das verringert die Unfall Gefahr 🚑
