Sir , when my child was 8 months old in his mother's womb, he drank dirty water and it again got infected, so he had to be taken out through a surgery and after taking it out he started having trouble breathing. Then he was admitted to this hospital. After the treatment was done, the doctor said that his left hand has become hypoxic, but his left hand still works but he is not able to hold any object properly, he moves his hand well, his brain is very sharp. He copies any work after seeing it once and starts performing that work himself. The problem in his left hand and left foot is minor, he walks but a little. MRI टेस्ट किया उसका result नीचे लिखा हु. ब्रेन में injury थोड़ा है या ज्यादा है? CT Scann result - Impression:- Periventricular leukomalacic change in right frontal lobe with vacuo dilatation of right lateral ventricle and increase extra axial CSF space S/O Periventricular leukomalacia likely sequele to birth asphyxia . MRI analysis - Impression T2/Flair hyperintensity with atrophic gliotic change in cortical subcortical area along the right Central sulcus sylvian fissure and along the atria of the bilateral lateral ventricle extending along the temporal horn and occipital horn subcortical cystic change in right corona radiata No definite diffusion restrictions is noted No definite blooming is noted Birth hypoxic change VS D/D Brain mein injury hai kya? Agr yes to kitna hai minor or major

FINDINGS : Areas of restricted diffusion being brightly hyperintense in DWI & hypointense in ADC, seen in right frontal lobe and also in right parietal lobe extending upto right parietal paraventricular region. The areas are hyperintense in T2 & FLAIR and faintly hypointense to isointense in T1 along with patchy intraleisonal marked GRE hypointensities and mild T1 hyperintensities withIN larger frontal lobe lesion. Adjacent sulci are mildly effaced. Mild illdefined periventricular leukoaraiosis noted in frontal periventricular region. Rest of brain parenchyma show normal signal intensity pattern except minimal gliosis in right fronto-parietal lobe cortex. Sylvian fissures, basal cisterns and cerebral sulci appear normal for age. Supratentorial ventricles are not dilated. Posterior fossa structures including brainstem appear normal. No significant abnormality seen in sellar and suprasellar regions. No significant abnormality seen around C-P angle regions from NCMR. Inflammatory mucosal thickening with retained secretions seen in some bilateral ethmoidal air-cells and in right half of sphenoid sinus. IMPRESSION :  Acute infarctions in right frontal lobe and also in right parietal lobe extending upto paraventricular region (MCA territory) along with early intralesional haemorrhage in right sided frontal lobe lesion. Sir I had an head enjury 8 months ago. At that time CT was done and observation was swelling near brain tissues. Then after 2 mnth again CT was done so there was observation of area of HYPODENSITY noted in left temporal region .. . And recently I had an MRI contrast .. there was observation that MULTIPLE FOCAL AREAS OF BLOOMING noted in the BILATERAL FRONTAL region with subtle peripheral enhancement & CHRONIC LACUNAR INFARCT in left ientiform nucleas.. .. i am not getting appropriate suggestion regarding my report...Sir is it dangerous. Can u pls tell me about these observations..?

Anterior inferior cerebellar artery vascular loop impinging the cisternal segments of 7th-8th nerve complexes in both sides and extending 50% into the right IAC type 11 loop) and lying only in the left CPA, but not entering the internal auditory canal in left side (type I loop). 1 no me report k according multiple sclerosis or demyelinating changes ho skte hai. Easy language me baarik or bahut patali veins band ho jati hai tab hota hai esa 2 ke according- dono nerves 7th or 8 th cerebellopontine angle se ear 👂 me jati hai but left side me wo dono nerves enter nahi kar rahi hai.

FINDINGS: Few subcentimetric benign morphology bilateral lovel 1B and Il lymph nodos aro soon. Oral cavity oropharynx, nasopharynx and larynx are seen normal. No focal area of abnormal signal alteration or mass is seen. Epiglottis, aryepiglottic folds and vocal cords are normal and symmetrical. Bilateral pyriform fossae are normal with no mass lesion seen. Muscles of tongue are normal in morphology, signal intensity are bilaterally symmetrical with no focal noted. Soft tissue of neck including muscular & fascial planes is normal in morphology & signal intensity. Great vessels of neck show normal signal void in both sides. Aero digestive tract is patent with no intratumoral mass seen. Bilateral submandibular and parotid glands and normal in MR morphology and signal intensity. : • Multiple, variable-sized, discrete as well as conglomerated ring enhancing lesions are noted in sulcal spces overlying right parietal lobe, bilateral frontal lobe, bilateral parietoccipital region and right sylvian fissure with no surrounding perilesional edema with the largest lesion measuring 10 x 7.7mm in right sylvian fissure. Blooming foci are noted in all the lesions on GRE sequence s/o calcification. There is no diffusion restriction seen on DWI/ADC images. • A lesion is noted in right cerebellar hemisphere appearing hypointense on T1 and hyperintense on T2/FLAIR with no enhancement on post contrast images. No diffusion restriction or blooming is noted on GRE sequence. • A ring enhancing lesion is noted in medulla with no diffusion restriction or blooming noted on GRE sequence

FINDINGS: Few periventricular white matter T2/FLAIR hyperintensities are seen - non specific changes. Rest of both the cerebral hemispheres show normal MR morphology, signal intensity and gray- white mater differentiation. Both lateral ventricles and third ventricle is normal in size. Brain stem and cerebellar hemispheres are showing normal MR morphology, signal intensity and outline. Fourth ventricle is normal in size and midline in position. Basal cisterns are normally visualized. No midline shift is seen. Sella is normal in size. Pituitary gland is visualized normally with both anterior & posterior lobes showing normal signal intensity. IMPRESSION: Few periventricular white matter T2/FLAIR hyperintensities - non specific changes.

Mere husband ka march pe mri kiya th brain ka unko achanak se jhatka aya awaz totla gaya tha kuch sec k liye tk report aya low garde glioma but size mention nhi kiya hai kaise lata kitna bada hai risk hai ki nahi doc ko dikhya hai doc ne abhi bola hai september ko surgery hoga kyu ki bed abhi khali nhi 4 month wait kare sir me ye puchna chahati hu itna late surgery 4 month boldiya koi khatra nhi hai aur doc ne ye bhi bola 2. 3 saal se hai tumor itna saal sw tha to kyu bada nhi hua waise husband normal hai abhi thik hai bas kabhi kabhi jhatka tym muh ka awaz totla jata hai bas 2 3 sec k liye waise aur kuch prblm nhi bss tention. Hora hai doc ne 4 month dediya surgery ka tym dar bhi lagta hai afp plzz kuch bolo

Basically I had cyst and cyst caused hydrocephalus I had so many smytoms like vomiting headache dizziness neck pain couldn't walk etc and then emergency brain surgery pre brain surgery I had lost myself since my brain is not working as normal how was before like normal I have problems memory concentration thinking and I can't feel myself my old please help

*FINDINGS:* Right parietal lobe at grey-white matter junction shows a small T2 hyperintense (CSF intensity) with central tiny hypointense focus and T1/FLAIR hypointense lesion with subtle diffusion restriction on DWI. It measures approx. 6.6x5.3mm across. Moderate surrounding T2/FLAIR hyperintense cerebral oedema is also seen.Rest of the cerebral parenchyma is normal
