Mam mera monday ko hai test par mujhe dar lag rha hai merko clausterpohbiac hai aur sans lene mai problem hoti hai toh kya technician bat karke head position bhar rak sakta hu aur mera lower part ka karana hai rectum aur pelvis toh ho sakte hai kya head position bhar ki taraf tehnician ne mana kardiya toh nahi hoga aise toh kya karna padega fhir batao plzz dusra option kya hai

Ma'am, I was diagnosed with pelvic floor dyssynergia in anorectal manometry. It was mentioned in report to have MRI defecography but doc advised me to have biofeedback therapy. Should i get biofeedback therapy or MRI defecography to check the cause of constipation and urinary hesitancy? 🙄

Actually, it does not require an empty stomach: it requires an empty rectum and colon, for this the stomach has to be cleaned and for this we give tablets.
