Mrinal kutteri isn't lying. Maybe he might have under estimated his study hours as not everyone measures their time while studying. Most of the toppers I have met are more of intelligent than hardworking. IQ is a really important factor thats why people who study for 12hrs a day can't get selected often but someone studying 4 hrs does

The reason most people are obsessed with rankers and their interviews, is because it seems like these people are consistently overachieving. For example, Dr. Archana, who had topped in both UG and PG. Do you feel like such people are born with a specific skill set or higher IQ that help them crack these exams, or is it a growth mindset and skills that can be developed by everyone?

Truly agree with this. We are so obsessed with toppers. Today known as a topper and tomorrow you never know what life has to throw at you. Life's such a dynamic state and to make the best out of any situation is what I would aspire for. I believe that instead of copying someone obsessively we should set our own goals, find out and follow our own path which suits us, take responsibility for our actions and handle our regrets because everything in life is not meant to go perfectly. We should be enjoying the journey as much as our desires to reach the destination. Sometimes in this system of competition as a med student we become so obsessed and mechanical with our approach to cracking exams, etc, we forget that this profession holds a bigger goal,a deeper meaning to us. True we have to crack exams in order to achieve those goals but those exams are not the one and only thing in this profession. We forget about our loved ones without whom we wouldn't have been able to come so far.... In times like this, it's good to take a pause and try to find happiness in even the simplest things of our daily life and have the courage to sometimes walk down a different path that the majority weren't so obsessed to pursue, we should learn to enjoy taking things at our own pace. And that will make all the difference. 🤍

Feel totally devastated at myself. Tried so hard but still it was not enough. And, on top of that when i hear words of topper like how they used to study for only 4-5 hours and chill by watching Netflix totally shakes me up. My confidence is shaken to the core seeing the level of competition. I am skipping this field now. Maybe it's not for me. All sacrifices have gone in vain.

First of all congratulations to AIR 1 Mrinal no matter what anyone says he deserved it.I have been through NEET, though I did not get AIR 1 my rank is in 4 digits however I feel I can actually comment on the whole issue, I have studied the entire syllabus and gone through the entire process and let me tell you it is not possible to actually score 720/720 just by studying 4 hours everyday for 2 years! That is a fact and no matter how much you say it is not up for debate. For a 11th class student or 12th class student the amount of syllabus is way too wast. No matter how fast you are, no matter how easily you can comprehend things, no matter how sharp your memory is it is not humanly possible to cover such a vast syllabus of 3 different subjects, practice lots of questions and give mock tests in such less time. You can watch tv shows or do some extra curricular activity but covering all that in 2 years if you study 4 hours everyday is not possible. If you are deciding to prepare for NEET trust me the process is not simple it’s brutal there would be times when you will just wanna quit, seeing such interviews breaks my heart, the amount of misinformation people can spread, if you want to give NEET and actually get a college you would have to sacrifice a lot of things I know it sucks but sadly it is this way.

When you are passionate about your goal even an hour deviation from it looks like 10 hours. I'm sure he mist have cried himself to bed for wasting those 1 hour and hence it got into his subconscious mind that he literally watched 10 hours of netflix n chilled. But we know the truth. It's also the teachers, the coachings and worse, the parents some times!! Not to mention there is no one perfect, ideal way to do something. It becomes ideal because of the person that achieved it.

Hello doctor! I'm new to your channel. This is the first video of urs which I'm watching. "The one thing which i desire right now is my father coming back; He passed away 6 months ago" these lines touched me. I'm a 16yr old girl currently in class 12 & I've also lost my dad 6 months back. You are so stable now which inspired me. Thank you 🙏

Hang in there. I miss him every moment of my waking life. The pain hasn’t gone but will get bearable sooner or later.

@@DrAditya2935 I feel horrible all the time. Every single moment I feel the absence. He was my world n all in a sudden he left. I can't manage . I'm still learning how to survive without him.

@@sudiptabandyopadhyay6754 me too. I consulted a psychiatrist. That helped me. Maybe you should too. I used to cry every day, had thoughts about killing myself and most importantly I felt there was no point of living. He is my everything. Even now. Everything I do is to just continue his legacy.

There is also a huge hype around "DREAM RANK/BRANCH". I think getting ranks or certain branch in these exams can only be a target or goal but not DREAM. Someone who keeps an exam in mind for dream is just being mediocre in his /her aspirations. Dream is a mission ,a project that gives meaning to their life. Instead of focusing rather obsessing abt scores ,one shud focus like really focus on the work ethics and the process of studying itself, that kick of understanding a concept damn well . That is what counts! That is what liberates a student from these new age distractions.

People cannot even take a joke these days . The guy secured first position in a country , I think he is allowed to joke . And by the way he is not obliged to give away his study routine or something . If the next topper says he/she sold all the books after board exam and went on vacation, it would be casual and funny too . The reporters and news channels need to learn a lesson .

I was always told this saying since childhood: "People never appreciate what they already have." There are thousand kids working their as* off to get the ranks what he has achieved. I am one of them too. So Dr. Aditya, kindly don't demotivate us because "ranks do matter". Let you be our inspiration! IDK how difficult med school is but my classmate who got into the med school is definitely living a satisfied life than me who is dropping a second year, working hard and still hearing a mouthful from relatives that if you couldn't do it in 2 attempts...you won't be able to do it even in 10 more :(

So relatives bad mouthing is that much important in our life!??🙄🙄..i didnt know that..I just simply tell them fck off .Mind ur own shit..🙂🙂

Dr. Gupta explicitly explain what it means. There are much more beyond in life than marks or rank at the end what your passion and the zeal you want to do will makes a huge impact to someone life. Unfortunately, many youngsters forget morally, ethically in life this days

Hey Dr.aditya I'm currently in 10th grade. I want to ask you a doubt which has been poking me for a long time that Since I'm planning to take medical in 11th should i start learning about 11th concepts in 10th only? Or Learning these concepts in 11th Will be enough for UG?

If u want to score good marks in boards then Don't start now but if u don't care about your boards u can start studying 11th course!

I verry well support the fact that we shouldn't IDOLISE AIIMS aiims TOPPERS.....but one hing I didn't agree was that ranks don't matter.... Getting into aiims myt be verry basic thing for u, but it could be revolutionary for someone who is in the prep or hasn't made to aiims......
