@@dreamer27643Why only those people who have problem in understanding English should learn English . Of course it's true that everyone should know some basic English but don't you think this should also apply on those who do not understand Hindi??? If you people expect from the people to inculcate themselves with English language then you should also keep in your mind that these typical English speakers should also accomodate themselves with Hindi language. Now if you are going to say that he is from South India so he can't... It doesn't matter which state he is from he can also learn Hindi language. People living in different countries are learning Hindi then he also can.
