Looks cozy and comfy over there. I would totally relaxed curled up on my sofa with coffee and watching the sun rise every morning. This is my idea of luxury.

#5 $150 million? Better be one of those self cleaning Jetson houses! Is it gold plated? Property looks a mess plus it's bloody cold there half the year! For that much money I would definitely want warm weather most of the year plus palm trees. By a yacht, sail around the world and follow the spring and the sun ! Cheers

I loved #4 58 Barons Lane the best Mr. Luxury. With that Master bedroom view of the ocean, I could wake up looking out at that beautiful view feeling refreshed each morning inhaling that fresh saltwater air.

"All-weather" tennis court. It's a surface known as "hard tru" which is crush up dirt. It also is called "clay" or terre battue in French.

@Alan Dillon The view might be nice but it would royally suck watching a hurricane coming up the seaboard and wrecking your property. I'm a house viewer and I've seen many with nice locations and the same features for a couple of million dollars.

1080 Meadow lane, from what I've heard, is meant to be destroyed and reconstructed into more of a modern, campus-like home designed to the buyer's specifications. Plus, it's in Meadow Lane which is fcking lit.

I would sooner have a rugged but beautiful log house by some lake or pond where I could go fishing. Most of these places are far too big and impersonal. Nothing warm and cozy about them.

Not jewnight , “ gunite” is pronounced as it is spelt. Gun - nite. Refers to the construction method. The concrete shell is “ shot” / “ sprayed” through a nozzle like a Gun.

Property tax in the Hamptons between 2-4%, so let's take the 5th on the list which would be $ 790K to $ 1.580 mil depending on the tax rate.....................

Some of the biggest Megayachts cost over 1 million dollars to fill with fuel... If it cost over a million to fill up your boat i doubt the same in taxes would bother you..

I wouldn't have a clue what to do with all that space. Seriously. When I'm home I drink tea and watch Netflix. I sleep, I use the bathroom and I eat tv dinners because I don't cook or do dishes. What on earth would I do with it all. It is fun to look at though.
