Lasko Pedestal Fan with Remote at Costco (to cool down in Summer)

In this video I’m doing an unboxing and setup of the Lasko pedestal fan that I bought from Costco because of the summer heat.
It’s a very easy installation fan and very affordable price around $30.
It’s also height adjustable and it can be controlled with a remote.

I like that it is relatively quiet for how much air it moves. kzfaq.infoUgkxmj9RYGCX25BElHkuWjHec-2_muyUGyCm Was easy to put together. Note: The spindle cap is threaded backwards to keep it from spinning off during use, so remember to turn it the "other way". I also like that the lights, which are quite bright, turn off after a few moments so they do not bother me at night. The remote has to be aimed just right, but does work.

*I like how quiet it is, how well it works and **Fastly.Cool** , This was perfect to help air out a guest room and to use instead of AC when I only want one room kept cool. Works great!*

I’m not big on Oscillating fans they don’t make no noise I love high velocity fans because they make a lot of noise and helps drown out outside noise.

Nice chilled video,but the best fans is vintage fans,I own like 3 vintage fans,I had newer fans at a stage but the quality of vintage fans is far better than the newer fans

On your Lasko when you increase your motor speed does your blade spin the same speed or faster

My remote is smaller and black. I turned the fan on manually and couldn’t get the remote to work. But I turned it off manually and then used the remote and the controls worked.

It looks like those Panasonic Inverter fans that are sold in the Asia-Pacific region. (Especially the front grille and the blade shape).

Haha that’s a good question. There’s no heat coming out of it. So it won’t make your room warm...

you gotta open it and clean with a paper or somting, easier to do it inside a garage or sum

If you room becomes the temperature you select the fan will turn off and if it gets hotter the fan will turn back on until the room reaches the chosen temperature

my assembly wasn't done right or something because the nut will not loosen or tighten all the way without holding the bottom pipe. it seems the bottom pipe is not secure into the base either. it just ....sits there. not happy i spent 80 dollars on a fan that was not constructed properly in the factory. looks like i'll be returning it for a different one.

the base of my fan doesn't secure at the bottom. when I lift the fan, the pole always come out the base.
