Yeah thanks for being transparent on this, what I was really annoyed about was having to release my fairy. There's no way to just level her from 10- max because she's a Faint Fairy. The whole tier system sucks!

I also yeeted my old fairy yesterday. Got a new t4, and got miraculous cheer V after using 3 orbs, then I got feathery steps V and continuous care V without any orbs lol I finally got to experience what it feels like to get carried 🤤 But Yeah I agree that it's a terrible system. I've seen people spend 100s to get a single skill the want.. That's not ok. I think at the very least they should add fail stacks like with the horse skill change, and perma add the orbs to the loyalty shop for like 2-3k a piece.

The amount of orb use is base or Fairy level, not tier, That why people trying to Cheer V on first lv10

Its always nice to tune in whenever I return to the game. If you are super picky about the colour of your fairy light, it can cost even more than that, because the 'personality reset' pearl item is random as well. Altho you can work around that by choosing a tier 3 that has the colour you like.

The worst part is just rerolling skills at lvl 50 and it rolls between the same 2 multiple times

Got Miraculous Cheer on my first skill after 1 reroll, I'm scared to reroll just to get V because I'm not planning on buying orbs :')

So working it out and the % rating its actually cheaper to use at max level or level 40 at least. as it reduces the pool of skill by alot increasing the chance of good skills so works out cheaper in the end on average.

I had a perfect fairy for 30€, rolled Continuous Care IV on the 4th try, with orbs saved from login rewards. Yay I hope Inexhaustible Well becomes relevant again at some point, with a new region and proper hypothermia and damage you can't just outpot. Morning Star is still more useless though :D

I have that exact fairy free to play. I am insanely lucky. I didn't know it would cost $132.50 for the average person to get it, that is ridiculous.

My fairy learned Miraculous Cheer V with level up on 10 after that i rerolled on level 20 about ~17 times and got nothing. Still better then my last fairy :D

Advice good to reroll current with MC5, FSIV (max level) to hope for CC (Any level really) or just trash it and attempt from a new t4? (IE which would cost more if having to pay-the way?

On me fairy in october 15th 2023 i had poor roll and rerolled as had to use two orbs got the cheer as one skill but it level one and the one skill bout poison use potion at 2 level am trying get decent setup but i feel me luck not best

I came to see if it is rare to 1 tap a Tier 5 thingy.. I got both continuous care and miraculous cheer V first roll... I WAS so happy but wondering if it is normal and i am over reacting lol

What pains me is how easy it would be to fix this system whithout stopping PA money making. Keep the thebias orbs to reroll, but you can choose the skill instead of being a reroll. However it costs twice the orbs it currently does, or, orbs equato to the tier of the skill V costs more than IV etc... Also. Make the previous system of RNG rolling skills cost silver. Lets say for the first skill 20M and then it scales up. 20/40/80/150/300m It would be an amazing money sink for the game while still allowing people to pay to skip this whole process, kinda like the rest of bdo works. Currently i truly belive it is impossible for someone f2p to ever realisticaly reroll a perfect fairy. Making it the most p2w system in the game by a long shot.

Yeah this system suck so much. Last time I tried to get a good T4 I wasted about 6bil sprouding fairys, and I used 16 orbs on the FIRST skill, and haven't got a V good skill... ended running with T3 with V potion, and useless other skills.

The worst bdo systems ranked in order: 1. Tent required to purchase to play the game. Unless you want to travel to town to repair, villa buff, loot buff, sell gold, buy potions. 1 Day tent rental is hostile to the playerbase (and I heard free tent costs 1000% more to repair) 50% loot drop rate buff from tent 2. Celestial horse call you can get this for free if you wait several months and then do the quest so basically required to purchase this also 3. Fairy because you can reroll for Miraculous Cheer V for several billion silver it's not as awful as tent or celestial horse call 4. Pets are very f2p friendly you can get full free Tier 5 pets on a new account especially with Kuku is free T4 and seasonal pet rewards every season You said fairy is one of the worst systems but maybe forgot just how bad the tent is or bought it immediately like everyone does

If you could at least roll a second fairy naturaly whithout orbs while keeping the main fairy it would be a bit less p2w. This is straight up predatory p2w

The RNG I got on my fairy was insane. Got Continuous Care V, Miraculous Cheer V, and Feathery Steps V just from leveling it to 30.

The system is dumb but I gotta thank it.. I rolled a perfect one with the 15 orbs I got for free. I understand I got lucky as tho. I hope my luck carry’s on to someone else!

This is painful to watch. Like, I too got mc 5 (but every other skill of the fairy rolled terribly), so I could say "whats the problem" , but I can obviously see how insane this system is if it needs hundreds of bucks from some unlocky people for this essential skill. I get that bdo is f2p and all content is free too so they gotta make money somehow but sheesh, locking essentials like this behind rng paywalls. Probabyl borderline illegal in some countries that.

the worse part is that even tho they seem to be investing in the game and trying to apease the comunity with updates like story and all they are doin it in a sloppy way and nothing is looking good. Im not talking about the story itself i love the bdo lore but the cutscenes and the way it was delivered look plain and effortless maybe its the game engine limitations but thats an excuse, even mobile version uses more cgi than the pc version on their trailers its fkn embarrassing.

The system is awful, a prime example of gambling. I prepared 8bil in fairy rerolls to f2p MCV and got lucky enough to only spend 100mil. The best I can recommend is to set realistic goals for your fairy and don't compare what you have to others.

The system sucks. I got super fucking lucky and got Cheer V + Step V on my first and only T4 fairy. Level 50 gave me nothing good but I will not roll that fairy ever. Not spending god damn 100+$ for that

Why fix the system when you can add more layers of RNG in order to trigger more the already frustrated community and get more money from microtransactions :3

To be fair, you don’t need a V skill on the new one. Does Fairy need to be reworked? Yes. Alchemy Stone is more toxic than this. Didn’t you go 2/5 on Pen BS? Interesting to see a streamer cry about something RNG when they are absolutely carried on the stuff that actually matters 😂
