Is it too far fetched to think that instead of Zombies Chronicles 2, we get to re-play all of our old favorite maps but as Samantha trying to survive in the Dark Aether? I would personally love this and it is in line with Craig Huston saying “I’ve never felt more exited about post launch content… people are going to look back and say I did not see that coming” Let me know what you think.

When revenov is like there’s nothing so broken that cannot be fixed and Samantha kinda makes a face that seems personal, how come nobody is talking about that? I feel like that’s a hint to something and I’ve felt that the second I first saw the cutscene. I hate to be the one pulling Richthofen theories but assuming that Sam and Eddie were somewhat close after living in this world, why has she barely talked about him unless he’s just out there doing something unlrelated. Either Eddie is dead, or living some normal life, or maybe Sam and him had a falling out and that’s why he says that to her. Maybe Eddie didn’t want her be in this line of work or maybe that advise was hinting towards someone else entirely but to me that’s something you say to someone when they’re hurt after some sort of falling out of a friend, family , etc.

The bandings on sam’s hand also looks like Takeo’s bandings

What if when Sam stepped into the Dark Aether, she lived out her life in the Aether story or had experiences linked to those events and now she has inherited her old powers of the Aether, Orda is trying to forbid Maxis from using that power, corrupting what is our world and creating a new version of the Aether cycle. Edit: That explains why she has the items from previous maps and characters. Because she lives out those past events or even takes part in our previous Easter eggs and claims those items as rewards. Who knows. But remember, The Dark Aether is where the original Aether collapsed and was sucked into after Samantha and Eddie created a “new world” so it’s always possible that this could’ve happened in there or even meet Victus too.
