I like the fact that this is a healthier meal. What I need for you to do for me is when you are eating your food be careful of drinking your cold drinks. Try to drink some warm water or something like that when you're eating your. Don't drink too much cold beverage so you don't clog your pipes.

Awesome job cutting out the bread! I'm Italian,so cutting carbs is INCREDIBLY hard! But, small changes will make a difference. Maybe think about ditching the soda? There's absolutely nothing healthy in it, even diet soda, and you will feel better without it - so much more hydrated! 💧 Just my 2 cents, so not worth a damn! 😂 You do you, just throwing my opinion out there!
