honestly, this song kinda just portrays my current state rn being 19 and stuck… College classes haven’t been hard but I’ve seem to lack motivation. I always seem to find myself stressing over something and not really having time for myself. I feel like everyone has so many expectations for me but I don’t really know what I want myself. Its October and still haven’t found any friends to talk to really either…and with the ones I do have I feel like I’m pushing away dealing with my mental. idk really what’s going with my life but I just don’t feel happy and just wish I cud run away from everything. Idk why but here we go, POV time. Your sitting on the roof of your highschool, watching the sun go down. You gaze over the mix of purples and oranges, smiling softly. You sigh as you tilt your head back, and take a deep breath. You close your eyes, slowly wishing this moment would last forever. You feel something above your face and before you can open your eyes, you feel a pair of lips meet yours. You slowly open your eyes to see them. You turn a soft shade of red as you jerk away slightly. You'd never expect the person you've admired for so long to kiss you, of all people. They laugh and sit down next to you. "Sorry.. didn't mean to scare ya.." They say looking at the sky. "I've just wanted to do that for a long time.." You look at them and smile a bit. "Well...so I have I..." You mutter. They turn to you and take your face in their hands. "....It wasn't for no good reason you know... it's because...for a long time now... I've had deep feelings for you..." Your eyes widen as you watch their face turn bright red. You smile. "I've liked you for the longest time...and at this point...I might as well be in love.." You say, looking them in the eyes. They grin, and kiss you a second time. This time, you return the kiss. You both slowly pull away. They say nothing, and go back to looking at the now dark purple sky. You turn your head to look to, leaning on their shoulder to rest your head. You feel them slowly exhale, and lean their head on yours. You both share this moment, wishing for it to never end. (I hope its not too long, but have a good day)
