Hey Mr. Sin I'm intrested in purchasing this but I'm wondering if this is a one time pay thing or if you have to pay again every year, like is there a time limit as to how long we can keep it? Or some sort of subscription we have to redo every year?

better access means women don't have to reproduce children who are lilkely to die when born. such as families in farms in LDCS

having better access to healthcare is just a side effect of entering the later stages of the demographic transition model, the TFR is already going down due to a variety of factors
