The waiting room picture also has the unfortunate problem of having the vanishing points existing directly on the left and right boundaries of the image. Annoying!

A schema is more of a set of ideas for humans. A better example would be to look at a child. If a child only has seen dogs but not cats, they develop a shema for dogs. Anything that looks like a dog is placed with the dog schema, especially if the idea is reinforced (like a parent saying both a golden retriever and a pomeranian are dogs despite visual differences). When the child is exposed to a cat, it will also likely place it in the "dog" schema through a process called assimilation. However, if told a cat is a cat and not a dog, the child will undergo accommodation, where they create a new schema to define this new creature. On the other hand, a perceptual set is how you perceive things and ignore others. While you can argue 3 should be C, B is a better choice. Emotions and motivation don't directly effect our schemas while they will effect our perceptual sets
