I hope I'm not the only one, but I might be....I don't like the mini coin game. I feel anxious and panicky. It's the countdown timer.

They should make icons for each chest appear where they spawn on the map, it’ll save time vs having to search each biome or looking in furniture mode.

If you dig up a chest while having a digging buddy with you there is a chance of getting an extra chest... I have experienced this twice^^

Every day I get all my chests and visit Scrooge and kristoff minimum. Also the log bench is one of my favorites for forest of valor. When I first started, one of the characters was sitting on it and I was shook.

With the blue bubbles for fishing, it depends on the biome which fish you get. In the meadow it’s a bream. In Forgotten Lands it’s a Lancetfish. In the Glade of Trust it’s one of the seafood creatures. The red bubbles, same thing. In the forgotten lands a red bubble gives you an Angler fish (eat ONE of these when health points are empty and it fills it completely). I can’t remember them all, and a few do vary. Red or blue bubbles in the Frozen lands gives you White Sturgeon, which the foxes love to eat. I did not realize just randomly digging would give you money or chests. Good hint! Oh yes. January 13 is also my birthday.

I didn't know the chest-per-day threshold, although having two in one day made me wonder and question the mechanics. And the sitting log. The rest was kinda self-discovered.

I actually did know the log one. I think there's a naturally spawning one by the campsite in the forgotten lands. I was picking pumpkins and got the sit command. Pretty cool feature.

I never really digged but after ur potion video I digged and I got 3!!!!! 3 green chests!!!!! So thank you so much for the awesome video's you make. Ur the awesomeness!

I did not know about getting chests from digging, and I had forgotten about the magical potions for the tools. Definitely need to remember those when I am collecting supplies for crafting and decorating! Thanks for your tips!

I’ve never ever had the blue chests accumulate if I don’t log in a day or two. Only the green chests. So weird. Edit: Okay, so my mind is blown here. I had to rewatch that part of your video bc I didn't catch when you said that sometimes you have to collect the chest before the next one appears. You're right! I actually feel a little cheated that they don't make this more apparent. I have been working a crazy schedule for the last few weeks and so I log in and collect my 3 green chests (which always appear at the same time) and my 1 blue chest. I had no idea that I had to wait a bit for the next blue chest to appear. Tonight I searched for the 2nd blue chest and found it pretty easily about 10 minutes after the 1st one. However, the 3rd one would not appear for me. I got tired of searching after 30 minutes and called it quits. I'm too tired. Maybe tomorrow I will look for it if it still exists. Also, a question. I remember that in the beginning chests would appear in the character's houses. I remember finding one behind Mickey's couch, in the castle behind the topiary, and also one behind the stairs in Scrooges. I've never seen that again. Did they disable the possibility of them spawning within buildings? I sure hope so bc using furniture mode to find them is a huge time saver.

I’ve had the night thorn coin game be the very first one I removed. It definitely takes me by surprise every time. And as of the last update, I’ve only been able to open one blue chest per day. I guess I must be a day behind because I have an extra blue chest I can’t open. Game says I’ve received my daily reward for the day. *switch player*

it’s the bigger night thorns for the coins. Pretty sure it doesn’t do it with the smaller ones Idk for me it’s usually within the first 2-3 😅

Once I got 2 green chests while digging and the digging companion also gave you a green chest. And when I got a pouch, the extra was a coin.

ooh I didn't know about the log thanks! I had great luck today, 11 memory orbs in 1 day! (I hadn't cleared the night thorns completely in about 2 weeks, just been doing the gold mini game and today I cleared them all in one go)

8:53 about partners you can do something about it : put barrier around the character before you farmed and after it remove it and the farm from the partner will spawn :)

Half the time I can’t open the blue chests. It keeps telling me I have opened all my treasure for the day, come back tomorrow.

Glad we get 50 coins in the blue chest now. Otherwise, I don’t need any more coins. I have more than I need from pumpkins. Not even planting many pumpkins now.

I believe when I had a digging friend, he pulled a second chest(either that, or I got 2 right after each other), so I would suggest a buddy.

So the coloured bubbles have certain fish attached to them, so for example a salmon will always be under the blue bubbles.

I will admit I didn't know about the bench thing but that's because I have removed all items except for houses in my village. No one needs to relax :) I did come here to tell you when your buddy is immovable the workaround to unstick them is to travel to a realm. I usually go to Moana's (get that fruit!) but when you get back (you can either wait for them to catch up or fast travel anywhere for instant) they'll no longer be stuck. I know a lot of folks get weird about locking their buddies up but I log on daily, check the shop/stall, (lock up my harvester) and clear my entire village out in under 45 min. All the bonus items are in one spot when I release them. Double bonus tip you have to release them every two hours or they'll just drop everything automatically AND make sure you harvest in the same zone when finishing up or you will have to go chasing your buddy around your village to the last spot you got a bonus.

Set yourself several digging buddies & when you pop a green chest your buddy can also duplicate it. 2 green chests is always better. I play on the Switch though so no promises but 100% for certain I have doubled dozens. Bad news is thus far is the 2nd chest has always been coins....... until it isn't

10:42 That’s not completely true that you’re guaranteed at least that rarity, you can get common fish from blue and gold ripples/bubbles, just not too often. For some fish you don’t even need to fish in bubbles. And if you use the fishing bait potion the white bubbles become gold

WHAAAT!! I watched this great video. I was thinking “how do others get all these chests!” I have never gotten anything but coins or the item associated with stumps, etc. And I have a 1% rating on getting anything exploding. :( I just can’t collect all before timer runs out. 1% no joke. So guess what just happened immediately after watching your video?! I got a furniture pouch hitting An Ice pile and it had a whirlpool in it! Unbelievable! Thank you, I guess you brought me good luck, lol. Until now I’ve had zero any bathroom items. Love watching your videos and this just confirms it lol.

The only one I didn't know was the log, though I did suspect there was more objects like as I have the fallen log perch and and scar's lounging rock. So I knew there was sneaky seating.

I’ve never gotten a chest from just digging in regular spots even with the varnish/potion (I dig at least 100 spots a day with varnish on most of the time). I didn’t even know it was possible.

All i ever get is coins is I do get a pink bag it’s something I got like a table or couch never get the stuff you only get in bags

I hardly ever do my night thorns. I always get the money every day so you do not have to get rid of them all daily.

I tested this theory for a few days now, in my experience if you clear all the mushrooms, stumps etc. the chance of getting a yellow chest in these is every 5 to 10 days if that makes sense

How are you still able to open more than one blue chest? After last update I can only open one if I try my second one the game tells me I've already collected my rewards for the day 😢

On day I forgot to claim my blue chest and went and logged on to the game the next day. I was only able to claim one blue chest per day. I can claim 2 green chests per day if I forgotten one.

So I haven’t been in dreamlight valley for 3 days straight. Today, I’ve found 3 green chests but only 1 blue chest. Shouldn’t I have more blue chests?

Taking 1-2 days off and having an extra chest it does not make it a good thing. I rather find one a day not skip a day and think I am getting something from he game when I am not lol.

Personally never got a chest from digging so I didn't know that or the bench. As for the Night Thorns I've gotten it on first try, doesn't seem to matter if big or little.
