Taia's line makes me wonder. Who was Unknown? Does not look like the Master we saw in the original Actraiser (or it's sequel for that matter). Or simply it was Tanzra by the other name. We may have to wait until SE decides to remake other Quintet games - assumnig they will pick up this plot thread. Or those games. Also, what was the pupouse of the giant sphere of energy in the 2nd phase of the battle? Would it do something like a one-hit KO after some time?

I can't help but think that you're not the only Master of this universe. Alcaleone is another Master's vacation home or outright home base, the monsters are automated defense mechanisms, and Unknown is said Master finding out you're trespassing his realm and trying to tell you to "Get off my lawn!". ...ActRaiser PVP? EDIT: ...or these fiends are actually the other Master's version of the land's inhabitants.

Theory: The present Lord of Light is just a reincarnation or offshoot of a previous one, whom died when Humanity lost faith in them. And the Unknown was the loyal angel assistant to that previous Lord of Light. It blames Humanity for the death of its Master, and so has them killed, but also still hates Tanzra and his spawn and will attack them if they trespass as well.

That's pretty much the ending of Actraiser 2... which was a prequel. If you've played the prequel, Actraiser 2, you realize he's the Master's Right Hand who went mad after he abandoned them at the end of Actraiser 2.

They added it for this remake. I'm not a fan of tower defense, but I really gotta admit it actually meshes well with the simulation sections... giving them a bit more focus and urgency.

It look me longer than I care to admit to find that the magic spells have three levels (R1 on the switch) .... I'd been using just L1 up to the volcano!

Well this was a colossal waste. Don’t call your video “full walkthrough” if you aren’t going to show how to get everything. Came here thinking this would help me find the 6th scroll. 🙄
