Great idea, No 1. If I would modify it, I'd use a section of angle for the top clamp. More rigid than the plate, which deforms under pressure. But definitely inventive, and a great idea for later. Thanks for posting.

)) а ведь бывает так что электрод намертво залипнет , ну там вовремя его под угол не согнул и вот он начинает раскаяться , и допустим ты в трудно доступном месте на лестнице , и до кнопки ВЫКЛ не достать )))) думаю что прищепка всеже удобней , и с ней быстрее сменить электрод

lo q hizo con el mandril al final es lo rescatable, lo primero q hizo esa maquina para doblar latas o metal blando no sirve en la realidad muy peke si tuviese un lango de 1 mt seria muy util....
