All want safe and secure jobs, people simply creating a mess in public sector better is to serve for private sector. Because private needs good employees. And our country is having greatest asset"youth" which can bring meritocracy by rejecting the reservation but no one wants to reject , everyone want already chewable food in their plates they don't want to work hard for it. We can create more start up and employee those who deserve.
