Ok, I needed to hear this. It's important to get an idea of a perk's application. The description doesn't necessarily paint the full picture.

Master infiltrator is a great card to use on the expeditions. Especially "Tax evasion". It makes hacking the terminals a snap. Ammo factory is also a favorite of mine when I make ammo by the ton-loads.

"Having 1,000,000+ of most common and uncommon ammo is very useful... much ammo, much XP." Me (800+ level) [and still haven't completed mayor for a day, lol]

What Rads is possibly the best perk. You heal from all radiation basically making spoiled meat, toxic goo and multiple other things into stimpaks. You never suffer heavily from radiation when being full-health allowing you to benefit from being full health. All radiation basically becomes Vampires constantly healing you.

One of my favorites is Hack and Slash. It's just so satisfying to run into your target in VATS with a big wooden mallet and watch them explode on hit. It's very silly and kinda cartoony, especially in 3rd person. It also works great with automelees. Rapid explosions.

As a juggernaut build I found what rads a must have, usually have it along with master infiltrator, ammo factory and the strength and intelligence perk cards but do swap the rads out for blood sacrifice as it helps team mates if you go down

I only use the SPEIAL cards, allows for very flexible hybrid builds.

Taking one for the team is my new fave for holy fire build. I’ve seen 500 headshot damage and probably higher that I’ve missed naturally

I love master infiltrator esp for running Atlantic city. I was able to get the lockpicking/hacking challenges done super quick. All great cards to have. I think it's silly that you can't have ALL special legendary perk cards at once just give us 1 more free legendary slot lol

Electric absorption with ricochet perk while a vampires is equipped, means every shot that bounces back also heals you. So almost indestructible as long as you have posion resistance.

A bit of warning for Master Infiltrator: it will also auto unlock/hack any player doors and terminals. If you're not careful, it will put a bounty on you. Some players camps will troll other players by putting a level 0 lock.

I really hope Bethesda puts the weapon skin four that Railway rifle in the atomic shop sometime soon. I've been wanting to use that since I started playing the game but it hasn't been available

Two Questions: Why is the Ingram Mansion (Savage Divide, Cult symbol) abandoned and bordered-up? At Fort Defiance, 3rd Level, I encountered a WWII Paratrooper Bag in the shower/bathroom area where a nurse uniform would be. Is that new?

Does taking one for the team also activate when im just doing solo stuff but im in a casuall group?

What’s your method to getting a decent amount of perk coins? I like to level up 5 levels to get the free pack then choose a fodder perk to spam and rank up and scrap

Do people have to be around you for taking on for the team perk to work or you just need to be on a team and can be on the other side of the map?????

Great Overview. The one thing I would say that the Charisma card is “F” tier, the absolute worst. It does not affect your ability to share cards, it’s better to use one of the other cards and do a “Natural” upgrade to your Charisma. Rock on Vault Dwellers. ❤🤘

I cant live without my Master Infiltrator

I love Follow Through and it's a great perk card. The only time I ever really use it though is for stealth solo boss runs. On public servers (unless you don't play on a team) as soon as anyone on your team is detected you can kiss stealth goodbye. And let's be honest. Normal mobs die before Follow Through even kicks in. TOFTT wins as my daily pick 😊 Edit: in short though, Follow Through is really a boss card IMO. And specifocally a solo stealth boss card.

another one i like is power armor reboot, i have had it kick in back to back a few times and keep me from going down. definitely a useful perk for bloodied builds IMO

WHAT RAD, Ghoulish and Vampire weapon effect with Overeater armor effect those make you Invinsible super zombie in Radiation zone.

Follow thru is super strong.

The thing is that all those special cards are also good except for Charisma

Stealth Switch-Up Commando Build Here. (Designed for both close and ranged combat) Yeah, Follow-Through is a blessing, it's mostly useful against high HP enemies and bosses, and for smaller enemies it just makes them just nothing. I actually had a problem where I was killing enemies too quickly and had to equip Gun Fu.

What happens if you un-equip a legendary perk? Do you loose the card? Do you get your perk points back? Im a little nervous to remove one if i have to grind a load more perk points

What rads is good on its own but when combined with ghoulish you become immortal in blast zones while in power armor.

People ask Why you have so many perk cards? You're Mr WestTek. Silly mortals....

Remember you can only have a max of 15 into any letter special... So not worth adding more strength if you are already at 15

I'm level 2500+ and I almost exclusively use Funky Duds and the legendary special cards. This is more than good enough for every nearly every build type... Btw, at level 2000 I had every legendary perk maxed and by level 2500 I owned every perk at every rank. Literally no reason to level anymore unless you want more perk coins for switching legendary perks.

Why union armor ? Use T-65

ammo factory- sucks and is totally obsolete especially now where enemies drop ammo for gun you are using it is a waste of time to invest in for new players especially. Sizzling style- is just a waste altogether since the inception of the game again taking into consideration perk points grind and you can get a stat card instead. Whats rads - total waste almost like the devs didnt know what else to add, between radaway and rad-x why waste precious points on this. Funky duds- same uselessness as sizzling style, is a total waste to spend legendary perks for defense against 1 element Master infiltrator- though video opinion states a must, it is NOT it is a quality of life upgrade if you so choose but to be honest you are in no rush just swap perk cards put your lockpicking on and do the quick minigame, when done switch back to original perks, simple. all others shown are good to go! i think the stat perk cards are slept on and are more powerful than these legendary perks i pooped on above lol. My main has nothing but stats and a damage bonus one and i murder appalachia lol. Only my opinion on playing the game since it came out maybe you find it helpful at the end of the day there is no right or wrong way thats what makes fallout so great!
