BEAST WARS "Depth Charge" Pt 1 of 2

Depth Charge was once an Imperial Peace Marshal whose territory was completely destroyed, and every robot under his protection slaughtered, by the malicious entity known as Protoform X. Since that fateful day, Depth Charge has lived for no other purpose than to enact justice (or vengeance) on X. His single-mindedness makes him a relentless hunter, stopping at nothing to prevent X from taking any more lives. His quest has more than taken its toll on Depth Charge, though; whatever he was before, he is now a joyless, hollow shell of a being. While he sometimes expresses sympathy for other beings and lends aid to his fellow Maximals, Depth Charge has clearly been consumed by his mission, and the destruction of Protoform X is now more important to him than the original reasons behind his quest.

Favourite character from Beast Wars, he was so badass and aggressive. "This is for colonoy Omicron!." I was so sad when he died

I had Depth Charge's toy when I was I kid, he was my favorite character in Beast Wars. He was pretty much the Transformers' Punisher.

Aww my favorite maximal, it's just a shame that despite scouting malls back in my childhood days I never found the toy. Did find a SilverBolt one though.

Tbh, I was that way with Rampage, but went "f&ck it" because his toy is like 50+ dollars back in the day and it's certainly higher now. At least I got Depth Charge for cheap, but I lost him during a move. This is kinda why I don't get toys anymore.

I was lucky and my uncle bought me one and i remember how much i loved it.ill never forget me my mom,grandmaw,and my uncle all spending time watching the show.good memories

Depth Charge said "it's not Revenge i'm seeking, it's Justice" no he's seeking Revenge and that IS blinded him,even in his Last Stand,he kill Rampage, not knowing that he would not leave Alive but he didn't Care,he die avenging the Colony Omacron,but If Only he was able to let Go of the vengeace Desire when he had the chance and when he was Alive,Then maybe he would Find peace in himself,but i don't think that he belive in peace anymore.

I think so, but also, he was trying to save the future. He couldn't let them go. He didn't want to repeat what happened at Omicron.

Maybe not inner peace for himself but if he protected others from the nightmare then he could be satisfied with that.

Nah, honestly he just wanted revenge. As soon as he sought that, the extended comic universe revives him. He genuinely _did not_ want to fight again, as he remembered his past life. As soon as Rampage died, he was done.
