With what's coming on earth, around the globe, you will be glad you made the decision to leave the city and returned home; in the near future. Here, as long as you have a roof over your head and there's plenty of land to grow vegetables, grow chicken, fish pond etc. You can earn your own living and not depend on a job which makes you vulnerable or worried of losing your job, house etc. Be strong, be brave!! I watched an orphan vietnamese boy only 10 years old made his own dwelling, vegetable plot, and raised chicken by himself. So you can do this no problem. God bless and peace be with you!!!

Cute segway to hook the viewer! It's very engaging! How many women actually have the luxury of moving to an old house to fix it up when their marriages don't work out, much less have the resources to buy supplies needed?
@robinholbrook65767 ай бұрын
What was the segue that supposedly "hooked" us? I guess I missed it! (BTW: segue is the verb. Segway is the brand name of the motorized stand-up thing.)
@robinholbrook65767 ай бұрын
I used to do this here in the US. I learned so many things to make it easier work. For one pick up what you're sweeping more often otherwise you're just sweeping the same dirt further. More work. Same with going down stairs. Clean off AND BAG one stair at a time! Otherwise by the time you get to the bottom you're STILL sweeping dirt from the top stair! More work. Don't throw everything that's trash on the floor and then sweep it up. Have a trash can with you and put in can. Otherwise you're moving that same trash more than once: throwing on floor and then sweeping it up! More work. When trying to kill trees or roots of any kind, dig a bit below grade, cut, and pour vinegar over roots. Leave exposed overnight and treat again before covering with dirt. Don't wear yourself out struggling with the roots. Those are just a few things that might have helped her. Otherwise she was doing GREAT!! I'm only halfway through. Can't wait to see her finished home. The house itself is quite a piece of property! Quite pretty!!! Needs some pretty trees and flowers but Im sure she will add those in time.

I suspect the vid title is misleading. Something tells me an elderly couple lived there many happy years, probably, raised their babies there. Perhaps they passed and no one claimed the little house so it contained only remnants of its past, weathered, forgotten and unkempt. Maybe the woman inherited it or owns it now. Either scenario, it's delightful to see the transformation done with care, a lot of elbow grease and a strong back 💪🏻 I enjoyed it very much, thank you ✌🏻💖
@alicer-w8788 ай бұрын
I love these types of videos but I hate the titles. I doubt she left a drunk husband. It should say amazing lady did an amazing transformation of old house. But in saying that, anyone else worried about the brick work of this house. The mortar between the bricks ares scary.

But the only thing is our government is trying to block my making our family home better. Bc they want my family home. Thank God u are able to do rehab your previous home. I am now about to start doing woodwork. Bc my mom and dad took care of our home I don’t have to do too much. Bc the government vandalized our home I some things that will be costly to repair. Gentrification. I will be praying for u that u continue to make things better in your life. If u believe in the Lord please pray for me too. U are an inspiration.🙏🏾🙏🏾💖💖

You can tell she is not used to housework who brushes up using only one hand she needed to get her back into it, I am 76 and I could work at a faster rate than her. I do realise these are all made up and she probably has lots of people helping, for a start someone was helping her to move the bench. But I still watch them to see what they do, this place isn't too bad dirty and in need of some repairs but no walls falling down.

@barbarakloise67908 ай бұрын
I give this woman a huge amount of credit. That house is one of the most packed filthy houses I think I have ever seen in my life. It's like someone lived there for 50 years and never threw out a thing and just through garbage on the floor. What a pig(s) whoever lived there truly was. It's probably going to take her longer to clean it out than it does to restore that place. I'm very glad for you that you found a place that although needed a lot of cleaning will be very nice in the end with a lot of space. Good for you!
