UTA has a minimum IELTS score requirement for Computer Science of 6.5, and the average IELTS score of a computer science admit is 7. So yes, you have a good chance of getting this university, but it would depend on other application requirements, too.

The last time I checked, an unofficial transcript should be enough unless they changed something. I would suggest reaching out to the admissions office and asking if they need official transcripts.

That's correct. A few UTA departments, such Biology, Chemistry have waived off GRE. But it is still required for other departments such as computer science and engineering . It would be a good idea not to apply and find a similar university that would match your scores. Application fees cost somewhere between $75 to $100, and it is always wise to use that money and apply to a university where the chances of admission are good.
