Thank you Dr. Gcub said that we should not contact their Profs. Is there a way we can get the schools not listed in gcub to send emails to? (I don't want anything to affect my Gcub application and I don't want to just focus on gcub alone too.)So is there a way we can get the schools not listed in gcub to send emails to? 2. In the email, do we state specifically that we are seeking for scholarship and stipends? Thank you.

Sending cold emails has nothing to do with GCUB, so the instructions from GCUB does not apply. Yes, you can mention that you want a scholarship with stipend.

Once you are able to connect with a PI, you don't need to worry about the scholarship again because it's automatic.

no specific minimum CGPA, Even with the lowest CGPA, if you have a solid research proposal, you can secure admission

Brother Mike, thanks so much. Right answers truly clears doubt. I have been trying to reach out and search but not getting satisfactory answer. Also, do l need to learn Portuguese for one year or six months to fits into the system because almost all the post graduate programs l ve seen so far are in Portuguese.
