Your definition of Weber Fergusson incision isn't correct from the diagram . It actually starts 1cm lateral to the outer canthus then run medially 3mm below the lower eyelid until close to medial canthus where it curves downward. Diffenbach is downward extension of the lateral end of the previous incision near lateral canthus
