In the search job you have to find a wanted boat with a woman and a man for the coast guard.
Once you have found the boat, you can call a coast guard ship to arrest the people you are looking for.
But be careful.. you can call the coast guard at any time and on any other boat.. the job will only not have been completed properly if the woman and man are not on board
