What part of 95 are you on? 70 knotts is 81 MPH.....the plane is the slowest thing on the highway! LOL

Wouldn't that be better to be slower than traffic, if you're faster the traffic in front would not be able to see and avoid you. The faster traffic behind can slow down. I'm guessing that's what he was thinking.
