Hm, strange! The quality of the video is only 360P! Usually they are in HD. Something wrong?

I just checked it ... looks like YT is having a hard time processing up to 4k. It usually takes 3-4 hours, but this one has been going for 8 hours and it's still not at 4k. I pulled it down until it's done cooking. We don't want to deprive anyone of maximum quality!
