when i co pilot i can see a new plane infront of me and when i have the control the plane goes back for me but now the co pilot sees it is there a way to turn the visibility of my copilots plane off?

If someone is programming the FMC do both people see the info in fmc And what would happen if one person had live weather and another stormy, would the airplane have turbulence for both due to the other person weather or would the person with non storm weather not be affected

With the FMC I can say it worked a few months ago, so should be even better now. As you may have noticed the video is a bit old. Will touch the subject again in the future after the next major update for msfs. About the weather you must set a standard setting or live weather on both sides and multiplayer off.

It will but I think you get the doners weather setting. Admin who makes the server in the share cockpit program.

i went to MSFS options and i see there are options for pilot bodies.. but i didnt get a chance to try it in VR, will check out later.

I'd like to use this with C208 EX improvement mod, but it's not showing in the list when I install, it's a whole new ACF, so if I use the game version it won't work, right? great video, BTW, well explained, thanks for that!

hi i have a glitch with the addon could you help me? when my friend gives me the controls i am frozen. i put the throttle to toga but the plane doesnt move at all. i checked everything and nothing was wrong, the parking brake was off but the millisecond i give the controls back to my friend the aircraft just instantly accelerated to 100+ knots and when i took over the controls again, the plane froze. (my friend was the host)

So me and a friend have the mod running, everything works fine besides the fact that only the host has control of the aircraft. How can we enable a second person to have control?

The one that made the server needs to press Give control under the ID of the second person.

Me and a friend did that but it takes control away from the host as well. And when the host has control he can only hear what I’m doing but can’t see it

@@devydee2317 yeah same here. Hopefully the mod improves or a better one is made.. or msfs themselves should finally introduce co-pilot option!

The timeout timer is probably the secondary reason for that, if you set it higher, it may be a bit more de-synced, but the error may not happen anymore.

How do you expect a none official third party add-on to work on a console? 😂. It only just about works on PC and is heavily dependent upon the settings between users.
