I think a dog walker or a ballerina would be cool for the micros. I feel like I’ve seen nyc interviews with both professions in nyc. Or a Carrie Bradshaw apartment. 🌷

I lived in Germany for many years when I was younger and I had a radiator in my bedroom. I loved going to bed early with a book on a cold winter night with the radiator going at full blast. Like reading in front of a cozy fireplace Tulip

Other than laundromat like to see office spaces for freelance writers or programmers. Another suggestion a mechanic station for sims in the engineer career

Tulip :) I think a good idea for a type of sim to build for in one of the apartments, especially the micro ones, would be like a "starving artist" sim. Whether that be an aspiring author or actual artist like painting/drawing, or musician - I think that concept would be cool to see in one of them! xo

Thanks to double speed, I was able to watch the video til end before 10 pm. Now I'm going to bed and in my dreams I'll try to figure out, how to furnish the micro apartments from the middle house. 12 tiles for the entrance, dining, living and sleeping area will be challenge, but it's so realistic for young people who start to go to work or who go to university. I'm so glad, you did this. 😊 Btw. I love that build sooo much. Can't wait to furnish this townhouses ❤😊

When you mentioned the Laundromat Cafe, It reminded me... I am currently doing a rags to riches gameplay with my current household. Well, she is finally in her house but she does not have internet or a computer yet so I built an internet cafe. It has a coffee shop on one side and the other side is tables with computers for her to go write, study, play games. I honestly did not think Sims would use the computers since it is a cafe lot type but they shocked me. I have an arch way between the coffee shop and the area where the computers are and it is so cute, Sims actually get their coffee and use the computers. Lol. I love this apartment build and the laundromat. It truly has a New York feel. I would definitely play in one of the apartments. tulip

Tulip! I have come back because I finished watching this video over lunch. Also, for style ideas, what if one of the apartments was for someone who used to live somewhere bigger and now has had to downsize, so there's barely room for all of their stuff. Like, boxed everywhere, extra IKEA storage units, very cluttered counters, boxes full of clothes on top of the dresser... Idk, I just feel like that could be fun

I’d love to see you take on one of the original homes in Willow Creek and turn it into multi unit apartments! So many bigger older houses are split into those and it would be such a fun process to watch with your style and attention to detail.

I love to watch your builds, but its also nice to just listen to you talking if I have to step away - almost like a podcast. I live in Texas, and in my parent's and my grandmother's homes, which were both older (parent's house was build in 1941), and they had these little wall mounted cast iron gas heaters, usually in the bathrooms (we used a large metal gas heater in a midpoint of the house in winter, which attached to a gas spigot with a flexible metal hose). I didn't even know what radiators were until I was a teenager and we bought these portable oil radiator heaters for the bedrooms after we capped off some of the gas fixtures after we had a house fire, (not because of the gas heaters, thankfully - but instead because of our dryer. ALWAYS CLEAN YOUR LINT TRAP!) which, unfortunately, caused us to have a major renovation. This was a bit of an info dump, lol. Also - TULIP!

I think one think I would really love to see with the new pack is a pair of grandparents. Maybe one used to be a jeweler, but is now retired (or in a different career with jewelry as a hobby,) and the other has a collection of jewelry that their partner has given them over the years. I just think that'd be really romantic and sweet and call back to the trailer for the pack.

I really enjoyed this. I love the glamour of the actress' townhome and the semi-scuzzy laundromat on the same lot. I'd like to see some units for a chef, interior decorator, doctor, lawyer, and athlete. Tulips are great, they always make me think of giving them to Mom as a kid for Mother's day.

Tulip! I don't always make it to the end because I put on builds before bed. I love you, deligracy, caryandconnie, jamesturner, lilsimsie, sydmac, fakegamergirl. Etc I just need sims builds with random, adhd commentary like someone is having a conversation with me about 50 different things lmao. 😂 But I love longer videos because it's easy to queue up a few and fall asleep. I do frequently go back and restart a video I fell asleep during so that I will get through the whole thing, or at least FF/jump through to see the whole build. ❤

🌷 Nice build, I live in Germany, and here in older rooms you have a radiator in every room. Although this is slowly changing and the new houses have underfloor heating, the majority are equipped with radiators as standard.

Tulip. I love listening to voice overs on builds. In the UK most homes have radiators, though some have electric heaters.

I love in Sweden so we have radiators in all the rooms, bathroom especially but when I lived further up north in Sweden we had that plus an open fireplace to keep the house heated. Also, a full on JC creator is a must. - Tulips baby, I love them.

My house has radiators. It’s almost 100 year old house. In our basement you can see the chimney & where they had a coal furnace and then someone took that out and now we have a natural gas boiler system. The coziness of my house in the winter feels like a blanket right out of the dryer. I love my radiators & so do my cats they love laying on them and since they are usually placed near windows the cats can be warm & the birds.

Lots of radiators in Boston apartments! My current place was built in the 1920s, but it is very common in multifamily homes in Boston to see radiators for heating :)

I loveeee every part of this build. It's really amazing seeing how you continue to grow as a sims builder +decorator and it definitely shows in this one!!!!! So glad you were able to make these come together and work out! I have to say, lawn care items could be pretty cool. I'm so glad Sims no longer have to water or trim bushes like in The Sims 2, but it's nice to have that realism. Also... tulip 🌷

I loved going to the laundromat. Doing 6-8 loads of laundry all at once is so better for my brain. If i won the lottery, id buy an industrial machines for my house. LOL I love this build, so awesome & creative! ❤❤

Tulip - I live in the UK and in a house built 1930 - I use radiators from oct-mar. The pipes are on the walls rather than inside as it was added after the house was built (use to have gas fires and back boiler)

Love it! I'm swedish, and it's very common to have radiators in basically all rooms. AC and fans are quite uncommon. Tulip ⚘️

I’ve commented this before so I hope this isn’t annoying but I’d really love to see a multi-home lot of sorts made by you where each home has different pets (cats, dogs, hamsters, frogs, farm animals if they work for the lot type, etc.). I think that’d be such a fun idea to have a pet-friendly community.

i would love to see you try more aesthetics, especially steampunk and bio/solarpunk! also, in Portugal only really modern and recent houses dont have radiators, which is a minority. but for most ppl i know theyre practically useless bc they run on gas and gas is super expensive, so the radiators are just a pain in the ass and take space from the wall that you could use to place furniture. people either use mobile heaters, the fireplace or they install a.c. :) 🌷🌷🌷
