Cinema Therapy did an an amazing series on the Twilight franchise, explaining how all of the main love interests are terrible for each other in every way.

While I agree that Twilight and 50 Shades are problematic and toxic, I think that Tessa's and Hardin's relationship is the worst and should have been Nr. 1. Hardin is taking the jealous, controlling boyfriend to another level and I don't see any redeeming qualities in him.

Sierra Burgess would have been a better movie had Veronica gotten together with Jamey instead, since it was implied that she genuinely grew to like him. The ending of the catfisher ending up with their victim is so problematic, and Sierra didn't even properly apologise, unless you count her song, which many don't.

I’m so weirdly offended that Life as We Know It is on this list lol. It’s not the best movie ever made, but it’s a guilty pleasure of mine and I disagree with that entry. The movie does show us that they hang out fairly often even before their friend’s deaths, so I don’t think they ever actually hated each other’s guts. It seemed like a more friendly rivalry than anything, considering how they leaned on each other after their friend’s died. They just have some nasty fights in the movie because they’re going through a really emotional time, a lots going on, and they’re trying to figure out what their lives should look like now (plus, you know, plot reasons. I’m not going to act like the movie is above reproach).

Darcy wasn’t innocent herself she cheated too and got knocked up 🤷🏻‍♀️. If rachel and dex didn’t sleep together who says Darcy would of married him.

Jesus, if there is one couple that annoyed me more it was DEFINITELY Carrie & Mr. Big. I just wanted them to break up.

I don't agree with 50 Shades. Anastasia made Christian want to be a better man. He changed for her and the love between them was powerful. Nothing to do with anymore than that.

I find it weird how people say that Bella and Edward's relationship is so toxic, yet they forget about Emmett and Rosalie. They are by far the most toxic couple in the whole saga in my opinion.

I am so glad Sierra Burgess is a Loser was on this list. Insecurity does not give you the right to literally do illegal things, and that kiss was so messed up. And Sierra stayed insecure until the end when Jamie accepted her, so she never gained stable confidence.

The best thing that Elle and Noah ever did in "The Kissing Booth" was to break up. Although the third movie implies that they eventually get back together after meeting again years later, at least they might be more mature this time.

Pretty sure that Tessa and Hardin should be in the top five of this list instead of being ranked at #11. Tessa even acknowledges in the sequel After We Collided that she and Hardin are toxic but yet gives their “relationship” a second chance? The only smart characters in the After series are Landon and Trevor.

The only one I am going to defend is holly and Eric. I liked how despite their arguing, they managed to realize what was important: taking care of the baby. There were also these cute moments that made me root for them like when Eric offered to invest in her business.

The director of the movie is literally the only person I have heard defend Harper's behavior towards Abby in Happiest Season. Even Kristen Stewart and Mackenzie Davis has said that Abby probably shouldn't have forgiven her.

I actually liked Gigi and Alex together. They had good chemistry, and I think the movie does a good job showing why they were compatible. Alex makes Gigi demand more from guys and helps her think about what she really wants out of a relationship. Gigi was a really brave character when it comes to love, and when Alex callously rejected her, she stood up for herself and calls him out on his bullshit. Then, he realizes that she was right about his feelings for her and apologizes. I thought they were a good match and really balanced each other out.

I remember watching Happiest Season and it was not terrible. But I 100% agree that Abby and Harper should not have got back together. I honestly was expecting Abby to go off with Aubrey, they seemed such a better choice.
