His music and his culture. His words may have been great and his lyrics, but Bob Marley didn’t believe in Jesus Christ and that is our Lord and Savior and I don’t care what anybody says you don’t like it that’s too bad Jesus Christ is our God he is king of kings, and Lord of Lord now figure that out, and people need to do your homework, and check out the real truth, the real truth.

There was a sound in Bob Marley's music 🎶 that resonated in the souls of man. His music 🎶 bought people together as brothers and sisters. When we danced 💃 and sang to his music, our differences faded, and we became one with the universal ideal of humanity, equality, and freedom. This was a time of socially relevant music, like Marvin Gaye, "What's Going On?" Or James Brown, "Say It Loud." There was a certain mantra that runs through great music, like John Coltrane, and his "Love Supreme" album. Thanks, Ari, for introducing the younger generation to the sounds and spirituality of one of the most influential artists of our times. We used to wear a hole 🕳 in the floor "jamming" together, just having a fun time. Great show! Great guests, and I can't wait to see the movie. It's getting great word of mouth reviews. Blessing! 🕊

Excellent journalistic piece and interview. Outstanding job Ari and Ziggy. It was a awesomely done tribute the Legendary Bob Marley, to hid family and legacy as a musician, artist, thought leader, revolutionary, family man...and all-round uniquely special human being. As a Jamaican, I can attest that there is an enduring love, appreciation and respect for Bob, the Marleys, the music they have produced with so many collaborators and the messages of love, justice and positivity ("good livity") that they continue to spread. We Jamaicans are fiercely proud and passionate about our music and culture, and generally believe that it is wonderful gift that we are happy to be able to share with the world at large. So we salute Bob, the Marleys, Reggae musicians (Jamaican and otherwise) and all those we love and respect the music and the message. Definitely encourage All to go see the 'One Love' film, and to learn and connect with Bob, the music and the broader culture through this and other explorations of the iconic artist and the extraordinarily are he produced and promoted. One Love. ❤🇯🇲❤🇯🇲❤🇯🇲

I remember Lee Ritenour's prologue from his album A twist of Marley, in which he said that Bob Marley is bigger than any artist. Because as an artist from the 3rd world. he appealed to everyone on all continents with his message/music. No other artist has achieved that! Respect!

I love your segment on Bob Marley. I remember Bob Marley and I was so happy to see him in concert at the Madison Square Garden where he opened for the Commodores and actually stole the show. Shortly after I learned of his illness before he passed away. I was always enjoyed his revolutionary music. He was a true freedom fighter. Rest I. peace Bob Marley

Bob Marley was a speaker of truth thtough music. Bob Marley had more integrity in his little finger than most of the political leaders in the West.

But my hands were made strong by the power of the Almighty. We forward in this generation triumphantly….. won’t you help me sing? This song of freedom?? Singing it in my head. Hope I remember correctly!! Bob has always been my “ husband in my head” Have loved him forever. He’s a prophet for sure. Hence his being is all encompassing. He will live forever 🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️
